Verdict: $500,000 plus interest and costs

Case Description:  Our client was broadsided by another driver, who admitted fault. Our client reported the claim to her insurance company seeking MedPay benefits and also putting her insurance company on notice of a potential Uninsured Motorist/Under Insured Motorist (UM/UIM) claim.Her insurance company denied our client’s claim.

Injuries and Damages: Our client suffered facet injuries in the cervical spine which required lifetime Radio Frequency (R/F) procedures. She also suffered occipital neuralgia requiring a cervical stimulator and a concussion. Past medical expenses of $53,635 and faces substantial future medical expenses. Additional damages also include economic and non-economic damages for breach of contract and bad faith breach of contract plus punitive damages.
